Bricklahoma is a family business where we teach our kids monetary/budgeting skills, responsibility, and customer service. We give all orders top priority and won't ship until we are 100% satisfied that the items being sent to you are in the condition we would use in our own Lego collection...either new or used.

NEW ORDERS  - Bricklahoma is monitered daily for new orders and we respond to all invoice and quote requests within 24-48 hours. We change orders to PROCESSING once we receive them, then to PROCESSED or SHIPPED upon completion.

TAX - This is automatically added by Bricklink depending on your state. We have no say in adding it, and thus can't remove it.     

PART/MOLD VARIANT - Some pieces have variations due to mold updates e.g. plate modified 1x2 Clip on End is #63868 and also #42923. You may get either part # of a variant since there is no option to list both, and we do not refund on these orders. This includes blocked open-stud & hollow stud minifig heads.

MINIMUM ORDERS - There is none. We'll gladly ship 1 piece or as many pieces up to the lot limit of 50.

AVERAGE LOT - Same as above. Here at Bricklahoma you're not required to meet any lot averages.

HANDLING FEES - There is no handling fee at this time.      

NEW ITEMS - We do not attempt to sell any used items, even in pristine condition, as new.  Minifigures listed as new have never been assembled and this is how they will arrive. New items are bagged separately and clearly marked.

PAYMENTS - For domestic orders we offer Instant Checkout or you can ask for a manual invoice. Anything over 15.9 ounces, or boxed sets, will default to manual invoice. We accept PayPal and Stripe for convenient and reliable purchasing.

PACKING - All parts are verified clean, and then visually inspected before packing. Orders are packaged in the most economical way, which may include recycled LEGO bags, or multiple parts in one bag. 

SHIPPING - All orders are shipped USPS First Class retail starting at $4.25 domestic up to 6oz, between 6oz. and 12oz. is $5.25, and from 12.1oz to 16oz is $6.25.
